All communications between your operation and renters is managed from the “Messages” section of the Docklyne platform. To confirm or deny a request to rent please follow these steps:
Log-in to your Docklyne Account
Click “Messages” at the top of the left hand navigation menu
Click on the rental proposal you received to open the chat window
Nested in the chat you will see the proposal including date, # of passengers, price and duration
Click Accept or Deny
