Little River Marina, a full service marina, is conveniently located on Lake Allatoona northwest of Atlanta. The scenic location, known for its breathtaking sunrises/sunsets and its beautiful fall colors, has made Little River Marina one of the most sought after destinations on the lake. With 270 miles of shoreline and 12,000 acres of water, Lake Allatoona has become the favorite for many boatersst 2 hours northeast of Atlanta, we are nestled in the peaceful west end of Wild Creek Cove. LaPrade’s Marina offers boat storage and boat rentals on Lake Burton. Additionally, Watersports Central is located onsite and provides the best boat service on the lake. LaPrade’s Marina is a great place to relax and enjoy everything the lake has to offer.

Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Consequently, in the event Lessee cancels, changes dates, shortens the rental period, or in any other way seeks to change the rental period, the entire reservation payment shall still be due and payable.
Company reserves the right to cancel reservations due to inclement weather or any other cause, which includes, but is not limited to, strong winds, heavy rain and/or storms.
Company will refund reservations due to inclement weather within 45 days from canceled reservation due to inclement weather.
Refunds ONLY provided if we cancel a reservation due to inclement weather or mechanical issues and will be completed within 45 days from canceled reservation. If you cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to day of reservation, you will receive a 30-day credit from the date of the original reservation to use toward a future reservation. Credit will expire if not used 30 days after original reservation date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a reservation will not be provided a credit.
